Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate

The focus of 精东传媒's Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate is to help graduate students acquire comprehensive and evidence-based information. They will use this information to assist in developing effective educational programming for students with (ASD). 

• 12 Credit Certificate - 4 Core Courses
• Courses are taught 100% online

Please Note: This certificate does not lead to endorsement for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Autism Special Endorsement.

For consideration, applicants must submit the following documents to the Office of Graduate Admissions: 

1. A completed application - 
2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (the required undergraduate degree must be from a college or university whose accreditation is recognized by NEASC, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 based on a 4.0 scale)
3. An original essay of at least 250 words on the topic: “Why A Graduate Certificate in (insert name of specific certificate) is important to my personal and professional goals"
4. A current résumé
5. Two letters of recommendation - 
6. A signed program requirement form, if required, for the specific certificate program 
   1. for Language and Literacy Certificate, Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate, and Transition Specialist Certificate
